Cancellation Policies
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, so please communicate with me at all times. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.
24 Hour Notice
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. I understand things come up and ask that you please be considerate of my time and the time of others.  50% of the full-service fee is due for all appointments that are canceled without a 24-hour notice. Fees are due the day of and prior to booking any future appointments. An auto-generated invoice will be sent to your email.
No Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 75% of the appointment fee for their missed appointment. Payment is due upon receipt, and an auto-generated invoice will be sent to your email.
Skin Treatment Form
This form must be filled out before ANY Facial or Peel service can be performed. You can find this form in the tabs. If you have already filled one out and Nothing new has occurred or changed then please do not fill out a second form. Thank You
